- Development (ecological clean technology), research and application of sorption materials, synergists of the lymphatic system, acting as lympha protector and corrector,  sanitizes of  the pericellular space by enterosorption, hemosorption, applicative sorption.

- Development (ecological  clean technology), the research and application of modified  safe  sorption materials in order to direct the adsorption treatment by the new route  (the introduction of biologically active components, drugs  and for the simultaneous removal of toxic products from the body  and skin).

The results of scientific activity

- Working out and  modification the  carbon-mineral meso-macroporous enterosorbent hemosorbent  -  sorbent SUMS-1

- Working out and modification the aluminum-silicon containing  sorbent SIAL

- The  sorbent modification by antibacterial , lithium containing and other vaterials.

- Working out of silver containing sorbtion materials for enteral and applicative use.

- Working out of plant phytocomplexes with sorbtion and essential biological substances.

Lithium drugs and their effectiveness in treating various pathologies  attracted the attention and caused a great   interest all over the  world.

In this observational study  the literature over the past five years on the role of lithium compounds in the functioning of the nervous system has been summarized. 

One must also know that lithium can be used  as a part of modified sorbent and this composition can lead to the improvement  and efficiency   of  treatment 

The significant   importance  of lithium compounds knowledge   in experimental models of diseases of the nervous system,  the application of lithium in the clinic of nervous diseases, and prevention of lithium compounds toxicity  to the body have been analyzed . Some interesting historical data about lithium and  his role in the foundation of  drugs  have been  provided . Having different experimental models, it became  possible to characterize functional, morphological, biochemical and molecular processes of lithium acting. Lithium compounds found the place in treatment  of nervous diseases. Lithium has some side effects. It has been shown how to correct its toxicity.   All known mechanisms of lithium action  have been discussed. There are two main routes of lithium function.  Lithium can be used and in treatment of diseases of another organism systems.
