The main directions of the laboratory

- The study of structural and functional coupling of the lymphatic system, lymphoid structures and systems of loose connective tissue, ensuring homeostasis and biological safety of the organism;

- The study of the structural, functional and genetic bases of the organization of the lymphatic system, its humoral regulation, interaction with the tissue microenvironment in the norm, with adaptation and disorders caused by exposure to damaging factors exogenous and endogenous nature, the development of methods of their correction at different stages of ontogenesis;

- The study of differentiation, functional activity and metabolism lymphoid immune cells, their regulatory properties and progenitor function in view of structural and temporal organization of the immune system, and lymphoepithelial limfoendokrinnyh relationship is normal, in the pathology and corrective actions.

 

Scientific  tasks of the laboratory

-The study of structural and functional heterogeneity links lymphatic channel, lymphoid organs in different periods of ontogenesis in norm, in the development of compensatory-adaptive reactions to the impact of environmental factors (antigenic, toxic, chemicals, radiation), leading to the emergence of general pathological processes (tumors, circulatory and metabolic disorders).

-Development of ways of correcting the structural and functional disturbances in a lymph vein and the lymphoid organs

In 2014, the Laboratory received a grant RNF 5 million rubles.  Competition 2014 "Carrying out fundamental research and exploratory research by individual research groups." Project Title: "Conjugates of the octahedral cluster complexes of molybdenum and rhenium antibodies as promising agents for photodynamic therapy and biovizualization systems in oncology".
